The business owner who runs this "doggie boutique" has been claimed for animal abuse and neglect. Truly unfortunate as I have been apart of their business page and a customer for quite some time now. No longer recommend.

Do not recommend. I rarely make reviews. I feel that every business and person deserves multiple chances and rarely feel that my experiences are enough to publicly review. I have been waiting months, deciding whether to write this review or not, however have decided it is time. I do not condone animal abuse and neglect. Tess Mann is known for abuse to her animals and breeding stock and having multiple animal deaths under her care. I am only commenting off of this account as otherwise this business owner is known to direct message and go after people. I have experienced this multiple times. I will not be going into detail on my experiences with her animal care due to graphics and privacy. However I am extremely unimpressed and saddened. If anyone needs further information, please direct message me. People who are supporting this business are supporting animal abuse and bad welfare. No matter how many of her friends may comment under my review- supporting her business or supporting her care, I will stand by my knowledge, education and certification on proper animal welfare.
