Do NOT hire this company! I had them install a ceramic tile floor in September. They removed the existing floor, installed cement board, then installed the tile. They have had to come back 2x to fix cracking grout and now the floor is coming up. The grout is cracking in numerous places, the tiles are moving, and the entire floor- sub floor and tile- needs to be removed and a new floor installed. Lindomar Santos hasn't responded to my request about how he intends to fix this. He said he was busy for the next month... stay away from this business! Use a reputable, store front business that will reply when you have a problem and will stand by their work.
