I never imagined my search for the perfect dye will end when I would have lost all hopes. A colleague, fan of The Henna Guys told be about this online store. I ordered burgundy henna, which to my surprise has given such a beautiful coverage.

Received a well packed product on time when ordered from their site. I’ve been using their Dark Brown Henna from a long time (read 1year and 8 months). I was really surprised at first with the color of mahogany henna powder being deep brown in color with touch of red in it. I’m severely allergic to chemicals and especially ammonia so much so that even the presence is enough to shoot my sneezes. Upon trying the various products, this one has been subtle. All I can say is that I’ve not thought of changing to other brand ever since. Coming to it’s contents, the packet reads Indigo (Indigofera Tinctoria), Henna (Lawsonia Inermis), Amla (Emblica Officinalis Gartn), False Daisy (Eclipta Alba), Neem (Azadirachta Indica). I’m sure about the 100% natural tag as I’m not even uneasy while application. It’s basically the mixture of indigo, henna, red clay and false daisy that’s giving out the Mahogany shade. It took approx a day to show up the really rich color. First few washes may leave color but may be it is because of my washing technique. I’m strict no for shampoos. Rather, I like to dip the strands in apple cider vinegar for a while. Just to keep it free from deposits. It’s amazing to flaunt these hair right now. So loving it. If you’re up for something different and have a bend for natural products, then this is a good choice at amazing price. Go for it. I haven’t found any flaw yet. Over and out!
