This bus company is something else. The dispatchers are very rude and disrespectful when parents call to enquire about late or not shown up buses. The bus never showed up for my daughter this morning and when I called the dispatcher had the nerves to lie and say the bus was there from 6:15-6:30 when I was there since 6:05. Department of education needs to take this service off of the school busing system . I give the one star because I had to put a start but overall they deserve no stars period!!!

How a field trip can become a nightmare. To all teachers, school administrators, parents, and students in NYC: If you find out that the buses for your field trip will be provided by Quality Transportation Corp., cancel your trip or instantly change the bus company! Last Wednesday, October 16, we were not only let down by this so-called "Quality Transportation" that failed to send any buses to our school for theater trip of 50 fifth graders but they also lied to me. The buses for the field trip to theater were reserved through Department of Education in the second week of September, but I wanted to be absolutely sure and called in the morning at 8 a.m. to get a confirmation from the bus company (the aforementioned Quality Transportation Corp.) that the buses were scheduled and would be at our school on time. The manager on the phone confirmed that the trip with our ID was in their system and the buses were expected to be before 9:30 a.m. I have to tell you that the theater we were going to has been the partner of our school for 8 years, since I started working at the school. They have invited us to all their children-oriented musicals and our students never missed them. This year we did miss it. Thanks to that Quality Transportation Corp. When I called them at 9:30 a.m. inquiring about the missing buses, I was suddenly told that the last night our trip was "transferred" to another bus company and I had to contact Department of Education Transportation Department to find out
