Medical Weight Loss Solutions was founded by Kym Garbatini, a nutritional specialist, certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who has over 27 years of professional experience in nutrition, weight management, and overall wellness. Her goal was to provide medically supervised weight loss programs that provide the tool and support for success. Today, Medical Weight Loss Solutions is staffed by Kym as well as our medical director Dr. Antonio D'Ario DO, specializing in internal medicine and the other, we also have an experienced team of weight management professionals. Our location includes a Healthy Solutions Food Market where you can purchase protein shakes, nutritional meals, snacks and a wide variety of vitamin supplements. We also have a private Fitness Studio where we provide individual and group personal training sessions. Medically supervised rapid weight loss occurs in 4 steps: Medical Screening, Ketosis, Transition, and Maintenance. We have 4, 6 and 12 week programs that include a comprehensive medical exam with a weight loss physician, a weekly consultation with our nutrition staff, overall health and body composition analysis, nutrition plans and FDA approved appetite suppressants are offered if medically appropriate.
