I wrote a negative review on Yelp in September 2019 because of their consistently poor project management and email response. The measurements were wrong, so it was installed and replaced 3 times. It was finally finished on October 9, but they scratched the floor. It is November 27, 2019, and they still have not sent anyone to look at the damage. For over one month, Bart, the General Manager, lied to me. He said on October 21 that he would put his flooring contractor in touch with me to begin the repair. The flooring contractor told me that MP Millwork contacted him about the floor repair for the first time on November 25.
