Horrible business practice. They don't know what they are doing.. I ordered speciality chickens.. Jersey Giants.. 2hens & ROO..They call 2hens r in.. pick them up after 4weeks I notice my hen is boy ok.. fine.. they call ur ROO is in.. I go pick up so I thought.. they sold me a Olive Egger hen & a Olive Egger roo. I paid for a JG hen.. didn't know I had a Olive Egger til 2days ago when she started laying Olive Colored eggs! The lady at Cales told me I waited too long for them to give me compensation? WTF! How was I supposed to let them know I didn't get my JG hen when I didn't know til this hen started laying? JG grow slow so I just thought perhaps she was gna be smaller than my other hen.. but Cale's saying they don't even have records of me buying these last 2. April 14th! I know bcUZ I put in my calendar NO I DIDNT KEEP MY RECEIPTS AND THEY LOST THE APRIL ONE SHE IMPLIED LIKE I DIDNT BUY BCUZ she said they don't have ticket errors? So how could they lose a ticket? Right I just walked in & took 2 Olive Eggers and purposely waited til this hen started laying then called? CALES FARM SUPPLY U NEED A BETTER SYSTEM U LOST THE TIX! And u sold me the wrong hen! I'm beyond livid and u can't even compensate a freakin $5 bag of pine chips? Oh brother! I'd like to not give any stars!
