Terrain Landscaping, which was Queen City Plowing, is the company I hired and paid $400 upfront to secure a plowing contract for the season of 2022 - 2023. His company gouged my driveway skirt November 21, 2022; I texted Mr. Gavin Caulfield of the damage immediately that day, to which he replied he would repair it come spring. To date, he has been a no show for repairs or compensation he offered.
I have researched both his business names; He does not currently (2023 - 2024) have a plowing permit nor the required $100,000 liability insurance proof with the town of West Seneca, where he is still canvassing his plowing business. He also did not have the above permit / proof for 2022 - 2023 when he gouged my driveway. On Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023, he and I came to an agreement to refund my $400 to settle this dispute. I have printed confirmation he was bringing payment to me on Monday, Dec. 18, 2023. I even printed a receipt as proof of payment. He is, again, a no show.
Terrain Landscaping (Queen City Plowing) customers should take heed signing a contract with Gavin Caulfield. He appeared ethical and reliable - he is not.
This complaint has not been resolved, as of December 18, 2023. I do not wish to withdraw my original complaint filed.
Documentation is on file for proof.
