I paid a repair man 120.00 dollars to come and verify that my control board was bad and not the display before ordering one since they are so expensive (There was no power leaving the control board up to the display). I paid a repair man 120.00 dollars to come and verify that my control board was bad and not the display before ordering one since they are so expensive (There was no power leaving the control board up to the display). I ordered the control board and waited for the part to show up. I received the part in a box that was much larger that the part and the little bit of bubble wrap that was around it was mostly popped. After installing the new board there is still the same problem of no power leaving it towards the display. When viewing the part online it says no returns but a refund of 60 dollars for the old core. My wife and I have tried to contact them but can't seem to get any kind of a response. As far as I am concerned Appliance Parts 365 stole 180.00 dollars and I would never do business with them again. However if you work there and have the authority to make decisions I would love to hear back from you. [email protected]
