Anthony Nault, is the owner of Blackthorn Environmental and co owner of Neighborhood Property Solutions with his half brother, Chris Dec. They are self serving illigatmite paper companies. The undisputed facts are, NPS was the incumbent Property manager of Fuller Farms Condo Association in Lowell, MA. NPS was hired to install vinyl siding on the FFCA building of 26 units. Anthony Nault obtained the permit and carried the insurance for this dismal failure. There was also a paid invoice for another, unknown, illigitamite, paper company, ProMass of Lowell. FFCA was not made aware that Blackthorn & ProMass would be involved in this failed project. It was a total, "hack job." FFCA, does not know which company(s) failed on multiple fronts. The installation was not done to manufacturer's recommendations and they chose not to provide a warranty mandated by law. They chose not to install flashing around the windows, not to fully wrap the building in tyvec. They also chose to ignore the framing behind the 3 exterior stairs. It is unpaneled and is exposed to wind driven rain, mosture and wood destroying insects. 115,000 has been wasted on these companies. It has been confirmed from Clark Hill Home Inspection and 4 siding contractors. There is ongoing stormwater infiltration around 1st floor unit windows. They had no business on FFCA property.
