This company is a joke. I've been without a fridge for a month and I've been calling them and haven't heard a word from anybody. Someone came out to my house two Fridays ago said they would order the part and said it would be here in a couple days, a week and a half later still no part and still no call updating me on the status of it. I've called three times, left three different voicemails, and no one has yet to call me back. I've escalated the situation, and am planning on getting higher ups involved for sure. This is purely ridiculous!!!!!

I have called this company no less than 7x's and left voice mail along with texting to service my oven. They have yet to call back after a no call/no show service appointment. Now I'm fighting with Lowe's Protection Plan because they are waiting to hear back from Phillips. Meanwhile, I'm left with an oven that hasn't worked properly in 4 months. Every time they did service the oven, within a week, we've had the same issue. Customer Service isn't Customer Friendly with Phillips Repair.

Almost 2 months to get this company to come out and repair a refrigerator no luck and nothing but excuses , 33 years on earth and this by far has to be the worst company to deal with

It was an manufacturing/assembly issue, and it was solved quickly. Very professional, and considerate. I would definitely recomend, and any need I have moving forward I will be contacting only THIS SERVICE provider! Thanks again guys!

By far the best appliance repair ever. My washer had several issues that required multiple trips due to parts. Service was fast and my technician was so knowledgeable. My technician even went the extra mile and switched my dryer door to make it more convenient for me. The office staff also goes above and beyond including reminder calls. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

The repairman came to the house said my refrigerator needed a new motherboard and he could come back in two days. At 7:00 pm, I got a text message saying that my order was cancelled without explaination. I called Samsung and they told me that I would get a call in 24-48 hours from Repair Phillips. Repair Phillips never called and never came. They had told me that they had the part but forgot to bring it. Now, I will be without a refrig for 2 weeks while Samsung gets me a more reputable repair service technician.
