If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never in a million years will ever suggest this company and any other small home assisted living to anyone. First of all, if the owner/employees don't like the family of the resident they are taking care of, they will make up a bs excuse to send them to the hospital and try to abandon them their which happened to us. Not until social workers were involved did they cooperate with us because by law you can not abandon a resident and because now A & C is now on their radar. Second, these people will be nice to your face and then unprofessional behind your back. We had someone go and access him so we could get our family member out of there and they were telling the people at were accessing him "We dont want him, take him with you now, he is not welcome here". Who in their right mind does that. Please put your loved one in a Assisted Living Facility/Community where they will thrive with people. So no, I will never recommend these people to anyone.
