totally unproffesional and lier. only 1 guy running the company, who claim that he is rhe builder. very unknowlegable and cant understand the township requrements. he did a stucco , because of poor workmanship stucco is having so many holes in it. Royal builder who run by raja balan he has no clue about the construction. i have all suncontractor and realtor calling me for payments. sinve he has not paid to his subcontractor.dont even hire him, ask reviews and refference before you hire his guy.
