We use only the Virginia Super Extra Large Peanut which is often referred to as the "gourmet peanut". There are the largest and tastiest of the peanut variety. They are grown only in five Tidewater Virginia counties and 5 eastern North Carolina counties. Our plant is located in "peanut country" in Wakefield, VA. We are approaching 30 years in processing Fine Virginia peanuts using an old family recipe that has been handed down through three generations of the family.
