My handicapped sister purchased a chair and a lift for her SUV on September 24, 2019. The chair was delivered promptly and Lorne was to install the lift soon thereafter. In good faith she wrote him a bank draft for $3,000 to cover both the chair and lift. Now Rapid Mobility is no returning calls and there is no activity in 56 days. My guess is that this is a sham operation and you should avoid it. Will be reporting to better business bureau tomorrow. The chair operates fine but was never fitted for her size and is a bit tippy, a full refund would be acceptable and take the chair back.
