I would be very careful when dealing with Tennessee valley mechanical aka Tennessee valley structures. They have Shady business dealings at best, they have a worthless contract but will force you to take them to court for resolution. They have no cancelation policy, restocking policy but if you cancel for any reason the owner will make things up as he goes to try and keep as much of your money as he safely thinks he can. They kept $2000 of my $14,000 down payment and mail a check for $12,000 with a blank piece of paper with no breakdown or explanation to why the kept the $2000. To top it off They did not even mail me the check, they sent it to my daughter. Even though they had my phone number (which the owner previously txt me at) and address they stated when they sent the check it came back undeliverable. Rather than contact me they contacted my daughter for MY address. It finally got to the point where they mailed her the check to deliver to me. TVM/TVA may do good work but I'll never know. After speaking with a few neighbors in my area I found one was satisfied and another had to break contract because of poor bldg practices i.e. leaving materials out in the weather getting damaged and still trying to install in the build. Way too much to this story to post here but I will leave you with this. If you do sign up with them for a build and things get off track you will quickly find out you are dealing with a hot headed, short tempered adolescent. Good luck.
