I reached out to DCL Design Studio for two bathroom remodeling projects. I was so disappointed in the service. I had one phone call with the company to discuss the projects and after that they would not take any of my phone calls to discuss. I was immediately sent a legal jargon contract and told to pay five hundred dollars. This was my first mistake. After they received the money they went over to the house, insisting that I wasn't there because of COVID and took some measurements. I then got an email from someone named Eliza who I never spoke with before and she sent me some diagrams that were not professionally done and did not fit with the design I had first requested. I called and left messages that went unanswered so she clearly was not available to discuss the five hundred dollar diagrams. I then got an email with a bunch of links to build dot com and others and was told that I would have to buy and track all the materials, this was news to me as I was not told this during the initial call. I would not recommend them to anyone and would look elsewhere for bathroom design.
