East Hayes Ave duplexes Norfolk,Nebraska Very deceiving and they don't fix anything even when you keep asking. They refuse to give itemized receipts that have taxes on them they are not even from an actual business no business paper. I don't believe they were even cleaned but they charged me for doing it. I believe Nebraska requires itemized receipt's with the amount of taxes paid, if a person asks and I have a few times already. I would not recommend renting from this place, they are rude and refuse to listen to the people who live there and will only listen to the person who lies because he doesn't know how to fix anything. You will pay just as much as you would if you rent a house bc they are able to restrict your income but as well raise your rent to the point that several have had to move. Moving your not going to get your deposit back if you get any of it, it will not be much they keep as much as they possibly can. When you pay over $700 rent, gas, electricity, water, mowing and snow removal you can find something else way cheaper I did. I just wouldn't recommend renting unless you can fix everything yourself because they can't keep anyone who does maintenance. Heating is a huge problem I had several agencies including the fire marshal and city inspector try to help me get it fixed 57 to 64 degrees, is very cold inside when you have it set to 80° but it doesn't work so it would lock out for 3 to 5 hours as a safety feature so there's no heat for at least 3 to 5 hours. But they don't listen I know exactly what is wrong with it I have told them so hopefully they will fix it for the next person. I really feel sorry for them with the washer lid locking, the element going out of the dryer, the heat not working, the strips on the door falling off and several other issues with noise. And no place to go with kids in bed weather plus the kids are not allowed to have any fun, no swings sets, no trampoline, no swimming pools, no fireworks. There's nothing even close for kids to do there so they get into trouble which is what happens when they aren't allowed to have any fun. I hope my ex neighbors are able to get things fixed soon and I hope the place calms down bc the cops were there quite often because of of fights, break ins parties, drugs et certa n I wish the people that took my place are able to get the things fixed that need fixed
