Greece E Spoon opened in May 2015 and is located in Historic Downtown Sheboygan on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan. Greg Lee opened the local food truck "Gyros2Go" in 2012 and used the continued success of the food truck to open Greece E Spoon to offer his fares all year round.
