They don't give raises they don't pay you for the work you do you're not just a maintenance man you're made to do everything work contractors get paid thousands of dollars to do they have maintenance men installing heating and air conditioning units that are not even certified and on top of it no health insurance no 401K no nothing and you'll be lucky to make 13 bucks an hour and then they try to tell you you're part of a family when you get hired please do not fall for it they offered me the manager's job before I did not take it and then they made him lie to unemployment and say he was scared for his life and I quit my job which was not the case they use you for what you can do and that's it and the manager at the time is like 6 foot 5 200 and something pounds I can't tell you how many times they discussed firing other employees in front of me I work for them for years and they had the manager write a letter and lie and I don't know how he sleeps at himself at night neither one of them the owners or the manager they don't take care of their property right somebody needs to look into it they write everything off they have a house here they call an office but if you go in it's beds food and a regular house they're from San Francisco so they get away with writing off everything they can they know how to work the system nothing I say on here is false maintenance man do not add freon if you are not certified or put heat pump units in
