I wrote a review on the BBB website regarding this company! I stand behind everything I said! When I received a phone call from said owner not once did he ask what was the problem or if there was anything he could do to assist me! Instead he responded to my review with a blatant lie! I did call Real Time Transportation to see about not riding in wheelchair vehicles! I wasn’t rude to the dispatcher I spoke with and I also called Logisticare to inform them of the situation with the smaller seats and leg room in the wheelchair accessible vehicles! I am not in a wheelchair as the caller stated! I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service etiquette of the caller that responded and also whomever responded to my review! Instead of being defensive of me speaking of my encounter with this company they should have attempted to resolve my issue!🙏🏾
