I am a tenant at a property that is owned by the cch the signs are clearly posted, and yet the people behind us across the alley still insist on parking in our lot, they've been worned several times, but it seems like I could never get a hold of Big Daddies towing cuz their and all I get is an answering machine which is full I've tried several different numbers and getting no response I've left a call back number and still no response so I would give them more stars if I could ever get them to do anything, so my thoughts of the company I really feel that we should change companies I've called and left messages on their answering machine during normal business hours and yet I still get no freaking response maybe they don't need our complexes business but I'm getting sick and tired of cars backing into my car backing into my friend's cars scraping the side of my car and getting door dings something needs to be done they say they work a 5-day work week well maybe they should work on the weekends too! there are four cars in particular that take up our parking spots we only have six to begin, there is a lot of money that can be made if I could ever get in touch with them. I will be posting this in all B.D. pages I can find.

They don't HAVE to tow your car at 4pm in the middle of the snowstorm. But they do. And its an extra 60 bucks if the car stays in their lot overnight. It almost seems like it's on purpose. For a company with a logo of a guy kneeling before the back of a tow truck that looks like a cross, that's not very christian like. So, I'll give this company a 1 star for being like 99% of the rest towing companies: scammy, inconsiderate, and preys on poor people under the guise of "values". Decided to drag my car 13 miles because they thought it was a 2wd automatic. Had to replace tires and the gearbox.
