This company offers a variety of services to owners and I absolutely love that! They started out leasing all of our property, now they managing all 316 units in TN, FL and AL!! I will say the process started off a bit rocky but now they are absolutely superb!

BEWARE!!! This company is real SCAM!!! The owner is Nanete Bean. They rent a place i own, however the money was stolen. We signed a lease (tenant placement only) contract, no management, on which i, the landlord, holds tenants security deposit. They never mailed/transfer that deposit, which by LAW is the tenants money and which i would had hold till the lease expiration. They kept the 1st month commision, which is OK but they kept the security deposit, fraudulently. BEWARE!!! This agency is a good con of art SCAM company and will take your money, if they can. They dont answer emails, text and phone calls anymore and they threat you that will take legal action aganst whoever is telling the truth about their TERRIBLE service/business practices. And now on the 2nd unit they rented and tenant wished not to stay 3 weeks ago, they havent yet refunded the money to her after 3 weeks waiting. BE CAREFUL!!!! Get better agents from Remax, Coldwell Banker or Keyes to rent a place either you are landlord or tennant. Im starting to make my mind im losing my money, hopfully tenant didnt want to stay on the 2nd unit rented, and i got it leased now with a real serious and professional company, and not the clowns from leasing angels, reducing the amount of money lost / in dispute.
