I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Vince for many years. Vince has actually helped me with the purchase of my first and second home. Before I met Vince I had the opportunity to work with two other real estate professionals. Both were extremely pushy and were only looking out for their best interest and not mine. Vince is the total opposite. He literally held my hand and walked me through the home buying process step by step. Vince has the knowledge and expertise that is needed to make your dreams become reality in this highly competitive field. I HIGHLY recommend Vince and Pretorian-Realty. I would definitely use Vince again without any hesitation.
