Should be zero stars, honestly. This company is a fraud/scam...somehow I got signed up for magazine subscriptions (never did this...because I haven't read a magazine since I was a teenager, now that there's this thing called the internet). Impossible to cancel or get in contact with anyone, eventually they sent my "delinquent account" to a debt collection service, so I've been dealing with that now going on 3+ YEARS! Unreal...and the Better Business Bureau has listed that they've been notified of multiple complaints like mine and have yet to successfully contact the company. This world is messed up enough where we don't need people and businesses like this existing.
