Robbie's home repair, company has bad customer service skills, along with rude and mouthy employee's. They were removing a fence in our neighbors yard, torn down our landscaping while removing the old fence wouldn't fix and than was cursed at by an employee for speaking my mind. All of them lied about knocking down landscaping bricks. Next was told by the homeowner whom was getting the fence installed to not bring the bobcat into our yard, completely disregarded this issue came into our yard ground soft put tracking ruts in our yard than refused to fix except with a rake and some grass seed poorly done. Owner could have cared less about the damage they had done to our property, guess when your contracted through Lowes out of Gladstone MO, you can treat others property like it's nothing. Trespassing is against the law and that is what your boys did. Other Lowe's could care less also. Next step BBB complaint, Consumer Affairs with pictures of damage, than small claims for cost of repairs we have to spend out of pocket for a business man that only cares about getting paid for the job he was sent to do by Lowe's. How rude of a company and employee's with cocky attitudes.
