We have been working with this builder since August and gave them four extensions to build a house, only to have them fail an inspection and refuse to correct the deficiencies. Then the builder refused to give us back our deposit even though they never informed us it was non-refundable. Buyer beware! The house they are currently trying to sell is FULL OF MOLD! Unethical business practices as well, STAY AWAY!
