Purchased 2 Ford Excursion decals from their Ebay store. The decals were very nice quality, but were vinyl type stickers and not the ABS type decals I was wanting. They only had 2 pictures listed, which makes it difficult to see precisely what you are getting. From the reasons for return options, I chose "not as advertised" because that was the closest thing to my reason from return. After this, I proceeded to get emailed by the company about how false and disrespectful this was, and it was an undue return. I emailed them back and explained, then received another email continuing to complain about the circumstances. In my initial response, I stated that I would give a 5 star rating on Ebay despite their unprofessional character. After giving the rating they sent another email complaining about the return. Products are very nice for what they are however, the business gets very upset if you return an item and are somewhat unprofessional and childish. The 1 star is due to the business itself, not the product.
