I dont know about the rest of the office but my experience with Edith was horrible. She is an awful bitter woman who seems to look down on the same people she is "helping". She acts as if she's doing us a favor when in fact she is getting paid for her services. She is rude and unfortunately a bad representation of what being a U.S. Citizen is.

This business or advocacy is not very people friendly and takes advantage of their clients that with them currently. I had brought my husbands case here and Edith had told me that my husband was not worth asking for. She also has delayed on another case of a relative because of the fact that they would be asking alot of questions and in regards to what needed to be done. She put the relatives case behind by a year. I wouldn't even put 1 star due to how poor her service and professionalism is.
