Our Services Our staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, therapists, and dieticians work together to create care plans for each resident to fit their specific needs and goals. Services offered include subacute care, bariatric care, wound care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Our Facility Rooms consist of either one or two beds and provide a comfortable and safe atmosphere for our residents. The first floor features the main dining room with the second and third floors each having their own solarium. While Blossom North is a smoke-free facility, we do offer designated outdoor smoking areas that are available to residents who wish to smoke during select times throughout the day.
