Not sure why it's taking forever for my son's formula order to go through. He has epilepsy and needs to get started on the Keto diet so we really need this. It's so hard to even get ahold of anyone on the phone. We have been waiting for weeks. This is a nightmare dealing with so many people to just get formula ordered for my son because we have to use ONLY the formula that is approved by the dietician which of course is the most expensive so we need insurance for it and need a supplier. They are also continually claiming that no orders were sent to them when my child's neurologist from Yale New Haven claims they were sent multiple times.
