Brink & Sons Construction was founded in Granite Bay, CA., by my grandfather Virgil Dean Brinkman in the early 70’s. He was a general contractor while also working as an engineer for Aerojet. Virgil built homes mostly in the ever growing Roseville now Granite Bay Area. A very well known and successful businessman, he was an inspiring man, and an honorable man of his word. I, Zachary Dean Brinkman, was his very first grandchild and his little sidekick on projects while growing up. He was my hero and I wanted to be just like him. I was on job sites at a very young age, picking up nails and debris as he would conduct business with the homeowners and various subcontractors. You can say building is in my blood. I went on to follow in his foot steps in the construction fields. Starting as a laborer and moving up very quickly with my strong construction background, I worked for numerous general contractors throughout my early 20’s. When my first son Brayden was born in 2006 I was 24 years old. I was then working as a Forman, in and out of town, not getting to spend much time with my first born son. When I progressed to Superintendent for an even larger general contractor, running multiple million dollar projects, I knew it was time to start my own company and run things my way - with integrity, kindness, and to be close to my family. I knew I wanted more, and I wanted to set an example for my sons, while creating a tangible legacy for them. As I was going through the steps to become a licensed general, I discovered I was to be blessed with my second son Bowen. It only felt destined to re-instate Brink & Sons Construction under my license number, making my grandfather very proud. Brink & Sons Construction specializes in residential remodeling and commercial updates. We excel at detail oriented bathroom and kitchen remodels, additions, full house flips, and new construction. We professionally manage commercial projects, masterfully executing detail in a deadline. We take our clients’ dreams, needs and wants and turn them into reality, with amazing outcomes based on any budget.
