Understand completely the previous reviewer's frustrations--that said, I've parked at Park Meadows with Summit countless times and never had an issue with the "regular lot" or any of the attendants. Sure, if I get parked out in the "regular" lot then I'll tip standard. If they put me up front, I'll tip a whole lot more to know that I'm not waiting for my car, can drop things off more easily, and know that there is even more added security around my car. I wouid never ask a valet, Summit or otherwise, to park my car in a specific spot without tipping extra.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! Horrible Experience. I came to the mall with my wife, son and his best friend to have a great day at the mall. It was a nice family day we were having. They advertise $8 Valet Parking to park you in the regular lot. I’m a disabled veteran that has used their service many times and never been asked to pay more than $8. I will note that I have always tipped a minimum of $2. Today, I was asked for $20 to park when I asked to be up front due to the snowy and me not being able to move well from my bad back and knees from the war. Mind you there was only 1 car up front and 4 available spaces at the time. The attendant told me the front spaces cost more. When I mentioned another car (same as mine) I saw up front many other times, they told me, “yeah he pays $20 all of the time”. I said, “Fine”. When I walked away it just kept bothering me that the attendant sized me up, and asked for more than advertised. We went I to the mall, did our thing and when I walked back out to my car at the valet the attendant did not even park my car where I had asked. I was furious. I spoke to the attendant again and asked him why it wasn’t up front. He said, “I thought you didn’t want to pay for it”. At this time all of the spots were completely clear. I asked how they can ask for $20 when they visibly advertise $8 for Valet Parking. The attendant told me I could talk to the owner, so I said, “Please let me talk to him right now!” I meet the owner, Jeff. I explain the situation. He then tells me they do get up to $20 (including tip) for parking up front. This is False Advertising. They bait you with Valet and then switch you out to the regular lot. The owner continued to be an absolute tool. This is NOT SOMEONE I WILL EVER TRUST AGAIN WITH MY VEHICLE. They stereotyped me and price gouged me because they know I have money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. CROOKS IN MY OPINION.
