Our condo has been using them to install hurricane impact windows in many units. The contracts were signed last winter with an expected finish date by June 2019. It is now December 3, 2019 and they have still not finished. We could not get a response from them for months. After many of us filed individual complaints with different agencies and posted bad reviews they finally came up with the windows for installation. Drew told me today that "threatening legal action" gets the opposite result so I do not expect my job to be done any time in the near future. Would NOT recommend them Last week we learned that Master Builders never paid the company that manufactured the windows. They took our money and never paid the supplier. Now the supplier has filed a lien on the property in excess of $34,000.00 I also learned that they did this with another customer who ended up being sued by the supplier. STAY AWAY
