DKC Architects sold their adjacent property to me, Golden State Glazing without encumbrances. Either DKC Architects has no idea how to build a project within their own property lines or they felt infringing onto the adjacent property was acceptable building procedures. How does an Architect not know or choose not to disclose to the public they have infringed on the property they were selling is beyond comprehension. If you want to see for yourself, drive by and look down the east side of the property line or stop in at Golden State Glazing next door, and I will happily share the title and county approved public recorded sub division map. If I were looking for an honest Architect I would not approach DKC Architects.

Ms. Hoosier, DKC Architects, Inc. does not nor has it ever owned the property. The trash enclosure was pre-existing. This was a personal transaction between you and the seller.
