From a lifetime of enjoying foods, Bill has brought together a menu of the "fun" food he enjoys by bringing together culinary experiences from teaching at Susana Trilling's culinary school in Oaxaca, Mexico and graduating from professional cooking courses in Thailand.

Eddie's is family owned & operated. It is more than just a sandwich shop. The menu has sections for their original creations under "Eddie's Specialties" and for more common style sandwiches, they offer "Eddie's Traditionals." Customers decide on their bread, cheeses, fresh toppings, dressings, spices and more.

Other menu items that are a hit are all the Bread Bowls-anything from Meatballs to Chicken Parmesan to the Soups of the Day can be put in the bread bowls, whcih are glazed with garlic butter to add to the taste.
