A Traditional Signing takes an hour or more and the signing agent provides a copy of the documents to the borrower, it usually has approximately 100 - 200 pages; a Hybrid Signing takes 20 minutes at the most because most of the documents are online and reviewed before the signing agent arrives which is preferred by most borrowers due to Covid 19 pandemic.
