I would not recommend this company. After being told the project would start at the end of July, construction didn't begin until the end of August. Our project was initially framed BACKWARDS. We saw it on our security cameras and had to leave work to resolve it ourselves. Aztec didn't order our siding or a large window, which caused delays. Additionally, half of the windows were ordered in the wrong color and ALL were in the wrong size. Aztec ordered windows to the rough opening instead of half inch smaller as it should have been. When the framer pointed this out, he was instructed to just force fit them. Many quotes were incorrect, resulting in additional costs. I had to leave work early to pay for permits.  I handled inspections. Both should have been handled by Aztec. According to our contract, we should have received weekly payment applications and documentation, which remains unfulfilled.  When we asked Aztec to provide me these documents , the written response was quote: I'm not negotiating on this.  I'm not billing weekly. This is how I run my business.  I'm not changing now. After parting ways with Aztec we tried to settle with BBB but the company didn't respond.
