I paid Wade Dunn landscaping to repair and expand my irrigation system. He took my money, did not complete the work, and the work done does not meet any minimum standards or manufacturer guidelines. Pipes were not buried, fittings are leaking, sprinkler heads were not properly located, valves are not working, sprinkler heads were not buried, etc. He told me the work was complete and asked to be paid and I paid him immediately. I even paid him cash part way through the project so he could get his truck repaired. I should have inspected his work and made him show me that everything was working before I paid him. Of course he made it sound like he was happy to come back and fix any issues, but has never responded to numerous attempts to contact him via phone, email and text. Sounds like this is a recurring issue based on other reviews. Stay away from Wade Dunn. You'll be greatly disappointed.
