BEULAH DUKE daycare on Liberty St in Chesapeake is absolute fraud. How do you terminate a child on the sole fact that their parent would not fraudulently check him in on a day that he absolutely was not at daycare? It’s called fraud, CHURCH.... please stir clear of this daycare, their talk is good, but so is their neglect, so many issues I’ve had with this daycare that I over looked from lost clothes, shoelaces, coming home in other kids diapers when he definitely has his own, change there hours at the drop of a dime... The director keeps things going, tries to gossip if you will listen, Please please stir clear from this daycare. Only have one because I could not give zero stars.
