I received emails from Jada from FundMerica I had finally decided it was time to get additional funding to grow my business. I responded to her email, and I was excited to hear more about what FundMerica could provide. When Jada called me, I inquired if we worked together before as I received funding through a similar company last year. Jada answered my questions in yes or no quick responses which seemed defensive and not customer service friendly. I asked if perhaps I caught her at a bad time as she seemed rushed. She asked me to elaborate and I explained how her short answers didn't make me feel that I knew much about FundMerica. She confirmed that she answered. At this point I advised she didn't seem too keen on having my business and that I like to feel comfortable and in good terms with companies I partner with. She said that fine and ended the call. ...Very Disappointed to say the least. This was the Opposite of Lendzi, who communicated with me as if they wanted to do business with me. To top it off, I was going to tell Jada, well let's just move forward as again, perhaps she was having a bad day. Jada was so curt and dismissive that it confirmed for me that she and FundMerica were probably not the people I want to entrust to help me grow my business. Pretty cheap lesson to learn IMHO. Needed a lot of equipment for the expansion of my salon and also a line of credit. FundMerica provided both products and within 3 business day I had my vendors paid and the line of credit activated. If you call in I highly recommend working with Josh.
