Evergreen Buyer Brokers If your looking for property in Berkshire County, you’ve come to the right place. Evergreen Buyer Brokers was the first agency in Berkshire County devoted exclusively to the buyer’s needs and interests since 1993. Evergreen can show you all MLS listings, for sale by owner properties, bank-owned and new construction. In short, every property that may suit your needs. Because we don’t take any listings we are able to represent you, the buyer, exclusively – not the seller. There is absolutely no conflict of interest when we represent you. Your best interest is our best interest. And best of all our services are available at no cost to you. Our fee is included in the purchase price and is paid from the proceeds of the closing. Since we bring the buyers to the selling agent, we become co-brokers and share the commission. Call for appointments.
