Horrible experience. Was misled by salesman. Roof and gutters installed when we weren't home despite it was made quite clear we wanted to be present. Was threatened with liens if did not fund loan without being able to see the finished product. Many issues. Gaps in roof where light shines in, exposed decking board, and a horrendous job with the soffit. Apparently, Mr. Hood thinks this job is acceptable because he just texted my wife saying he was NOT going to do any more work on our home. Do not trust this man, he doesn't stand behind his work. PLEASE read reviews. Read the BBB reviews because the response he gave my wife pretty much mirrors the lame response he gives when answering complaints.

I would not recommend this company. I believe Mr. Hoods approaches used with me are because I am new to this area and single. This company was at my home Jan 27th for estimate and has declined to send estimates/photos/reports even at the request of State Farm to support conversations between the adjuster and Caleb who works for Daniel Hood Roofing. Mr. Hood continues to send me a $2500.00 invoice and talks of a lien if not paid after being told I have chosen another company. All estimates have been rejected by me although this interaction continues from Mr. Hood.
