Chef Mary has spent years creating favorite recipes and menus for many occasions, and focuses on pairing flavors and textures. Mary's Cuisine Catering maintain the highest standards in both food and service. We love food and this is reflected in our approach towards the preparation and presentation of our menus. Our style of cooking is to use classic techniques with an updated approach. Because of the wealth and variety of foods surrounding us in California, we focus on seasonality of produce and prefer to use local and organic products whenever feasible.
