Excellent service

I found this company on another site Thumbtack when I was looking for a reliable, cost efficient company to maintain the pool in August 2018. I originally paid them &375 to complete a "green to clean" service which was completed, I then signed a weekly service contract and paid $419 (was to pay another $400 at the end of the service agreement) they stated that i had to pay another $75 dollars for additional chemicals (they said it was not included in the service agreement) which i did. they showed up 1 time, dropped one chemical and left. the pool turned green again, I contacted them on a daily basis and was told they would be out, THEY NEVER CAME!!!!! My pool remained untouched for over 3 weeks after. I was told by this company that they had issued my refund, they did not. They continued to state they issued a refund until last week where Thumbtack removed them as a vendor for bad business practices. I had to hire another company to come and close the pool, and pay AGAIN for chemicals etc. I have tried on several occasions to obtain my refund, they have still not issued it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! I now have to file with small claims court to try and obtain my refund. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!
