ilovekickboxing chantilly has definitely been a game changer for me. Its different from what ive done before because you have people helping you out, teaching you and actually motivating you, which sometimes people need. Its a really good workout, its different everyday so it never gets boring and it feels great just punching the boxing bag :)

What a great way to end my day and work on my fitness goals. Love taking it out on the bag! The staff is wonderful and works with everyone. I love seeing them each time I come into the studio and they always greet me by name. I am a larger lady and I have been provided options and instruction on how to build toward doing all of the exercises successfully. I don’t feel judged and everyone encourages each other. The mats, locker room and ladies room are always clean. There is a great variety of class times too!
