I'm a decently new member to ILKB and I absolutely love it! For me, it's an energizing, fun way to start my day. The trainers are encouraging and helpful, the playlists are upbeat and fun, and the overall environment is welcoming and uplifting. I look forward to getting to know each trainer more, and continuing my weight loss journey with the FitFam.

I've now done 5 classes at ILoveKickboxing in Linthicum and feel a difference getting through the difficult cardio portion of the session. I can keep up a bit more and notice it when stretching as well. This keeps me going and definitely encourage you to join!

Love the workout and the trainers. They motivate so good with the upbeat music and help us throughout if we need help. This is definitely a dynamic workout! I am recommending this place to others because of how much I sweat and how I feel afterwards
