During the challenge, I learned self-control, self-accountability, and how to push myself beyond what I thought I could do. Each and every instructor at ILKB are AMAZING. They help push you, keep you motivated, encourage you to keep hitting the goals you put into place, they check in on you, and much more. This is the FIRST place I have ever attended that the instructors care so much about you. It doesnt matter your shape or size everyone is welcomed and once you attend you will want to keep coming back. I highly recommend everyone to join.
