I am so glad that I chose to take a chance and try out iLoveKickboxing. The instructors and the people who work out there are so friendly and motivating, you just want to keep coming back. The work outs are fun and challenging. If you are on the fence, take advantage of their specials and give it a try. You won't regret it!

ILKB provides the best workout. Each class is 60 minutes long. In that 60 minutes you will receive the most intense workout. I started ILKB through the 6 week challenge in January 2019. During the challenge, I learned self-control, self-accountability, and how to push myself beyond what I thought I could do. Each and every instructor at ILKB are AMAZING. They help push you, keep you motivated, encourage you to keep hitting the goals you put into place, they check in on you, and much more. This is the FIRST place I have ever attended that the instructors care so much about you. It doesnt matter your shape or size everyone is welcomed and once you attend you will want to keep coming back. I highly recommend everyone to join.
