I had a really difficult time finding a place where I'd feel welcome and able to workout. ILoveKickboxing is one of the best environments for getting into shape. The staff helps to keep me motivated, which is also helpful. I was happy to know I was supported during my first class with an instructor all to myself. Following that, in each class there were two instructors and at all times someone was able to help me correct my form. Everything is at my own pace and I don't feel pressured to keep up with everyone. I have already started to feel my pants fit differently and despite working out I feel like I have more energy. I can't recommend this place enough!
