I'm in love with ILKB Yorba Linda! It's an over-all body workout that's fun. I had never done anything like it before, but I wasn't intimidated at all when I went to my first class. You get great one-on-one time with the coaches so you learn proper form and technique to punch the heck out of the bag! (It's actually kind of therapeutic!) I go to the early morning classes and the coaches always get me motivated to work hard. I definitely leave there ready to take on the day.

I love this workout! I feel like I have used my entire body every day. Floors a re cleaned after every class by the wonderful coaches! I have gone every day since signing up and I cannot recommend this workout or this location enough. I feel so distressed for my day after getting some energy out at ILKB!

I love this place! I can feel my body getting toned after every class, I can notice the difference. It is so fun to the point it becomes so addictive. You can manage your own intensity of the workout as you progress toward the goal. Love the people I love workout with and love the trainers! So fun and feels great after. I look forward to going to class every day.
